SafeTalks is an emotional support service, not counselling, psychotherapy or medical treatment. It focuses on empathetic listening, emotional support and helping you process your thoughts and feelings. If your needs require specialised psychological care, HappyBeing may guide you towards one of our psychologists or therapists.

You can talk about anything that is on your mind, including stress, loneliness, relationship concerns, family issues, work pressure, overthinking, emotional overwhelm, life challenges or simply the need to be heard. There is no expectation to have a specific problem or goal before your session.
